Our engineers have confirmed that the identified resolution will enable districts experiencing this issue with the Infinite Campus OneRoster sync to resume syncing data to Clever. Districts will need to navigate to the Sync Settings page of their Clever District Dashboard and enter their new Infinite Campus OneRoster Base URL in the System Settings field.

Clever is experiencing an issue with the Infinite Campus OneRoster sync. This issue prevents districts using the Infinite Campus OneRoster sync from being able to sync data to Clever. We have identified that the issue has been caused by an Infinite Campus URL change for districts using the Infinite Campus OneRoster sync. To resolve this issue, districts will need to navigate to the Sync Settings page of their Clever District Dashboard and enter their new Infinite Campus OneRoster Base URL in the System Settings field.
