We are continuing to run and monitor syncs from Clever to all affected SSO applications, and are aiming to restore all removed users in their connected applications by end of day. We will continue to post updates as progress is ongoing. Thank you for your patience.

We’ve identified the error and a resolution with SSO applications that are causing these apps to no longer appear in Clever Portals for user access. At the moment, we are working to run syncs for all districts to ensure we solve the issue for anyone who has potentially been impacted.
