This issue has been resolved. Our team identified that one of our Amazon servers that handles SFTP connections experienced a hardware failure that led to failed connection attempts. Clever successfully resolved this issue at 10:08am PT and all SFTP syncs are now fully operational.

Clever is experiencing issues for districts that sync data via SFTP. The issue is resulting in a connection error when attempting to connect to the Clever SFTP directory to upload data. We’re investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.
