All third-party services that Clever uses to process data recovered during the night, and all syncs are processing as normal. We are also seeing that education applications and SIS providers are mostly recovered. We will will continue to monitor to ensure full recovery.

AWS is reporting near full recovery. Some third party services which Clever uses to process data are still degraded which is impacting syncs. Some application partners and SIS providers are still impacted. Logins remain functional. We will continue to monitor recovery and provide periodic updates.

The Amazon AWS service that was impacting us-east users is running again and our Engineers are currently monitoring the situation. We are seeing us-east coast users able to access Clever now. Amazon AWS, a service that works with Clever, is experiencing an issue for all users on the us-east. This is preventing users from being able to login to Clever. We are monitoring the issue and will provide status updates as they become available.

This incident affected: Single Sign-On, LMS Connect and Add-ons (Clever IDM, Google Classroom roster import).
