We’ve connected with Skyward and they have let us know they have addressed the issue with Skyward API sync. In order to resolve the issue, customers using the Skyward API sync will need to upgrade to the latest addendum (Addendum 8). If using Addendum 7 and are not going to be upgrading to Addendum 8, customers can install the Group RMA 4616861. We’ll continue to monitor for further errors and notify once the incident is completely resolved.

We have identified an issue with Skyward API syncs that has resulted in sync failures for some districts since December 23, 2020. This prevents data from Skyward from updating in Clever and connected applications.
We are in contact with Skyward and they have let us know that a fix will be deployed on January 7th. We will provide updates as they are available.
