We’ve addressed the issue for most users, and single sign-on should be operating as normal.

We're working directly with a few districts still experiencing issues and will notify once the incident is completely resolved.

We have identified the issue and resolved errors for most users.

A few districts using Active Directory are still continuing to see errors and the team is continuing work on fixing those issues.

Clever logins into the Clever Portal, Clever Dashboards, and partner applications are failing intermittently for some users. We are working to resolve the issue.

We are seeing increased Single Sign On errors for Active Directory-based authentication methods. This is preventing some students, teachers, and staff from logging in to the Clever Portal. We have identified the source of the issue and are working on mitigating it.
